Create a user account with RLS

Hello, I am new to Supabase and I would like to allow a user who has logged in to create an account based on his ID in "Users" auth. I have no idea how to do it using RLS, but I imagine it's possible. Can someone help me ?
(I'm using Google trad cause I don't speak English, so I'm sorry if there is some mistake)
