Docker self hosted database keeps resetting

Hello, so just today when I started my self hosted database with

docker-compose up

docker-compose up

and found that all tables, users and data are gone for some reason. That already happend a few weeks ago but I didn't pay any attention to it because its not a production server yet, but it's a bit worrying. Is there are reason why it keeps happening?
I am using arch linux with default

example from the repository with just anonymous and service key changed.
