Turn on realtime and RLS via SQL in Local Dev

Hey folks - trying to figure out how to turn on realtime and rls for local development, I'd like to have this in my

seed.sql

seed.sql

that gets run when I call

npx supabase start

npx supabase start

- anyone know?
