How to change Timescale DB license

I'm trying to use Timescale DB extension with Supabase, but when I try to create a continuous aggregate it fails with the error "functionality not supported under the current "apache" license"

This extensions seems to come with the limited apache license. Is it possible to install the community version?

Maybe someone using Timescale will come along with a suggestion how to get around this.
But, if you truly believe a different extension version is needed, and this is a hosted platform, your only hope is to contact Supabase support and see what it takes to have a custom extension installed, or generate an issue on github requesting a new extension. There is not way to install extensions like this on hosted instances by a user.

@garyaustin Is it possible to upgrade the licence as proposed by timescale community manger by updating timescaledb.license to CommunityLicense?

I’m building TimeScale on FreeBSD from sources, and I’ve built a (limited) Apache 2.0 version. How do I upgrade my license to ‘timescale’? I’ve googled for some time, but found nothing on the subject.

Not with hosted supabase. Timescale does not allow companies like Supabase to host it.
