New version of the ente mobile apps (0.6.56) is now out on App Store, Fdroid, Play Store and from the independent APKs obtained from our website. And new version of the ente web and desktop are also out.
Among other changes and improvements, this version adds the ability to add a description to your photos (/ videos).
But the fun doesn't stop there. You can also search for your photos by their description.
This allows you to use these captions as an easy way to #tag your photos, so that you can easily group them and search for them without necessarily grouping them into albums.
