rls

Say i have this table

TABLE users
  • INT user_id
  • VARCHAR email
  • VARCHAR name
What is the procdure to create rls which would allow any person to view a username....However I would like "email" to be restriced. Am i supposed to be splitting off columns into seperate tables in the case of private/public information?
