How to ensure removed commands are unregistered?

I'm moving my bot over to Sapphire and I have a bunch of guild command that are now application commands but still show up in the commands list. I also added a test command at one point, which is now disabled, but still shows up in the command list. How do I remove these?

You'll need to manually remove them via calling discord.js's methods
