run self-hosted

did anyone ever manage to successfully run supabase with external database? I stuck for many hours already and doesn't seem there is any way to run it. Got bunch of errors related to failing authentication of psql users, but db is accessible with given credentials (the ones provided in .env file), here is some excerpts how the log look like. Would appreciate any help!
