Supabase and token-grabbing

I was just having a look at supabase and I would like to move my project over to it. I have a userbase which loves token grabbing, so I originally went with cookies for authentication instead.
Is token grabbing a big concern with supabase, and if so, are there ways to make the authentication cookie based/less grabbable?
