Having trouble uploading a csv file

I am building a small app using storage. The only point of the storage is to store a single CSV file in a bucket. Sometimes it uploads correctly, other times it does not. When it doesn't work and I got to the file in the bucket it says that the file is 0 bytes in size. I will add some pictures to explain.
