The honey status is read with windows built in OCR function which reads numbers/texts from an image. This means that we take a snapshot, modifies and resizes it so that the program have a good chance of reading the numbers correct. This is a process normally used with invoices and similar black text on white background so for us with a transparent ever changing background and a rather fast changing and multi color honey read it's a bit tricky and thus miss reads can occur even thou the stability is good.
As you understand from this, settings you do to your computer and image/screen will highly effect the accuracy of these reads. Beneath you will find some ways to make the readings more stable.
