❔ SQL Server Alias issue

Hey friends,
I have created an

alias

alias

for my

SQL Server Instance

SQL Server Instance

, the original installed instance is

MBARK-LAP

MBARK-LAP

and the new alias I have created is

MBARK

MBARK

,

The problem is when I try to login using the new alias I get the error (see the 1st attachment)
The alias from

Sql Server Configuration Manager
