Did Next 13.3 break react-query for someone else?

Works for me with next 13.2 but with 13.3 it crashes

nothing in this stacktrace indicates it has something to do with react-query
so, what are we supposed to do about that?
seems like you'd need to rather file an issue with nextJs than with react-query, no?
