help with prompt customization in zsh

So I have this custom prompt:

PROMPT="[%B%F{27}User%f%b%B@%b%B%F{39}something%f%b][%B%F{13}%~%f%b]

I tried to add it in my zsh theme file

~/.oh-my-zsh/themes/robbyrussell.zsh-theme

~/.oh-my-zsh/themes/robbyrussell.zsh-theme

~/.oh-my-zsh/themes/robbyrussell.zsh-theme

~/.oh-my-zsh/themes/robbyrussell.zsh-theme but nothing happened. I still have this weird prompt
My current prompt:
