Which framework with Effect?

I am going to develop a website and I'd like to develop it using Effect. As I don't want to start from scratch, I was considering using Sveltekit. But I don't know if the two will integrate easily. For instance, Sveltekit will want code that can run both on the server and the client. Does anybody have any experience in using these 2 tools together? If not, do you have any recommendation of which framework to use with Effect? I thank you in advance for any help you can bring!
