Effect: A Comprehensive I/O Primitive
Correct me if I am wrong, but reading the docs, I can't help but feel as though
Effect is a kind of all in one custom I/O primitive. Is this a correct assumptions? fp-ts had some I/O primitives, but they were rudimentary abstractions on top of pre-existing language primitives (though they were still lovely). Effect feels like a much more sophisticated and comprehensive representation of I/O
