Upgrade documentation
Hi all, new user. Got immich all set up and running well for a few weeks. An upgrade became available and I want to stay current (Truenas Scale 22.12.2 immich upgrade from 1.49.0_5.0.16 to 1.55.1_7.0.1). In-place upgrade was not allowed so I changed the port of the original installation and did a fresh installation pointing to the same 'upgrade' data folder plus adding the new supported folders (App Library, Thumbnail, Profiles and Video) using the Truecharts form. The original immich app is shut down.
That worked fine however the installation created a new subfolder in uploads. I'm looking for upgrade documentation - and yes I have looked (and looked) for it. In the app I can't see the pictures already uploaded.
I suspect I MAY be able to copy the subdirectories of the original uploads file, or NOT? I am not too concerned at this point because I have all the source pictures and can re-upload them (I already did this as a test of around 100 pics) but I suspect there is an documented upgrade transfer/upgrade process to follow.
