Missing Utility Function in io/Cache: getCached()

I think io/Cache might be missing a utility function, a

getCached(key): Effect<never, never, Option<T>>

getCached(key): Effect<never, never, Option<T>>

. Right now I can do a

contains

contains

followed by a

get

get

to get a cached value but then I end up with

Effect<never, E, Option<T>>

Effect<never, E, Option<T>>

. AFAICT there's no way to get a possibly cached value without also getting E from the resolver. Am I missing something?
