Question on Fiber.collectAll Method and Interrupting Fibers

Hi everyone, I have a question on the Fiber.collectAll method. I have noticed that the effect resulting from

Fiber.interrupt(Fiber.collectAll([f1,f2,f3]))

Fiber.interrupt(Fiber.collectAll([f1,f2,f3]))

waits only for the firs ending fiber. is that by design?
