Dependency Lifting in Function Construction
hi all. just looking at the neatest way to "lift" dependencies from effect results of functions to the construction of the functions, such that the resultant functions then may implement some service interface with no deps. i'm able to do this "manually" but wondered if there was a better pattern or utility function to do this.
