Missing peerDependencies for @effect/io and @effect/data causing version compatibility issues
Hi, I know someone already ask this but what is the reason behind @effect/io and @effect/data not being listed as peerDependencies? I'm currently using io, data, schema, stream and match and its becoming a nightmare to find the right combination of version of each package.
