Replacement for `Either.gen` in Effect
Looks like
Either.gen was removed. Is there a one-to-one replacement? I see this Gen module (https://effect-ts.github.io/data/modules/Gen.ts.html) but I'm not sure if/how a consumer of Effect is supposed to use it
