Discover opens with "Could not open appstream://org.kde.spectacle.desktop because it was not found in any available software repositories"

also having in pacman
error: failed to init transaction (unable to lock database)
error: could not lock database: Read-only file system
sudo system install spectacle
then rebootty
spectacle needs to be installed to the host
or any screenshot utility
stuff like OBS should either be installed to the host or as a flatpak
Flamshot works perfectly in arch container
Maybe for you
that is because the system is immutable, you need to either use a container or use
sudo system install <package> to install a package directly to the host
