Ubuntu Container & DNS resolution issues

Trying to install some packages and I seem to be having DNS resolution issues. For example trying to install brave and when entering sudo curl -fsSLo /usr/share/keyrings/brave-browser-archive-keyring.gpg https://brave-browser-apt-release.s3.brave.com/brave-browser-archive-keyring.gpg I get the error curl: (6) Could not resolve host: brave-browser-apt-release.s3.brave.com However when attempting on an actual ubuntu install, it works.

The only crypto stuff in there is the wallet which can be disabled. It works better for me on android and on wayland on linux and I like to keep my desktop and cell synced.

or the partnerships with shitty nfts and the "web3 gaming" garbage and Brave Rewards yes, the BAT token you get from that is a valid crypto but ok personally firefox worked for me on wayland
