Configure the chart plugins

Hi everyone,
in the filament documentation I read that it can be overridden

protected static ?array $options = null;

than to configure the options of the chartjs graphs (as in the photo).
to configure plugins? How can I do?

ps: I'm not referring to the plugins inside the options
