mouse cursor lag effect 20 fps ingame

Hi Ive problem with my tmodloader when I move my mouse cursor in tmod Ive lag problem I cant play my game I try with normal terraria but it not happen in normal game I want to play mod but this problem is happen I try many setting from google or youtube but it doesnt work I dont how to fix it can u help pls. sry for my bad Eng.
