This only happends on the create page, when trying to do the same on the edit page it only selects the ones that are visible.
bulkToggable() on a CheckboxList with a custom relationship query it will also select the hidden fields when using "Select all". This only happends on the create page, when trying to do the same on the edit page it only selects the ones that are visible.
