Finding Alternatives to Removed `Effect.forEachPar` and `Effect.allPar`
What can I use as a simple replacement for
Effect.forEachPar and Effect.allPar now that they've been removed? I know there's been a bit of discussion about it, but even after trawling through long threads and reading effect.website I'm still not sure what to do.
