Handling SDK Compatibility Issues: Exploring OpenTelemetry SDK for CF Workers
@Tim Smart how would we handle further SDKs? E.g. NodeSDK isn't playing well with CF Workers (even with Node Compat Flag). How would we work on getting e.g. https://github.com/RichiCoder1/opentelemetry-sdk-workers as an alternative?
