I've updated v3 to
1. any plan to change filter icon and toggle column icon to outline as well by default? I know I can change like this link for filter, but asking "by default" https://beta.filamentphp.com/docs/3.x/tables/filters/#customizing-the-filters-dropdown-trigger-action
2. Any related things to remove/hide (0) when nothing is filter?
