Duplicates after backup of phone and Google Photos

First off all, thanks a lot for developing this awsome project! Discovered it yesterday and already in love
Here's my problem :
I backed up all the pictures of my phone with the android app => went smooth
I downloaded the takeout of google photo and loaded it to immich using CLI => went smooth
BUT.. all the pictures i had on my phone AND on GPhoto are now duplicated. I guess it's because on my phone they are "original" and on gphoto they are compressed so it's not the same hash for the CLI.. But it's annoying since it's about 10K duplicates, so deleting hand by hand is not an option
Any idea on how to solve this issue? Can I hope for some kind of "duplicate finder" who auto-deletes the same pictures or something like that?
