Inquiry about the absence of `ReadonlyArray.findFirstMap` port from fp-ts
Is there any reason in particular
ReadonlyArray.findFirstMap wasn't ported from fp-ts? I use it all the time. I'd be happy to submit a PR if it's wanted.
