Not showing geolocation when import photo from takeout google photo
I have just notice that if i import photo that i "takeout" from google photo, immich doesnt show geolocation.
If i manually download and import immich show geolocation.
Anu suggest?

When you do a Google takeout, I believe it doesn't save the geolocation data to the file's exif but to a separate json file. You'll need to run some tools to apply the data to the exif

I don't think so. I just uploaded 17k photos from takeout archive. GPS position are there. I have 70 photos/movies with weird position, somewhere in the Guinea gulf.
For some, the exif part was empty.
FOr some, the GPS on json is correct, but not present in the mp4 file...
That sounds like the lat/long are (0, 0), ie the exif data is set wrong
sure. I have used my own program for the upload. I haven't done any special handling on GPS coordinates. Most of them are correct in Immich, so I conclude that most of takout images have GPS positions, and Immich can read them
Another point: immich reads GPS position in the background. I took some time to have all positions
