Trouble Accessing Web Interface Over Cloudflare Tunnel

As it says in the title, I have a Cloudflare Tunnel enabled and when I go to immich.domain.com I am sent to the web interface, but it then immediately sends up an error saying unable to connect. When I connect to the serve using the IP created by tailscale, I have absolutely not such error.
