At this point, I would create a backup so you don't have to set it up again every time, and then you'll have a ready-to-go backup with Node.

No, the contents of the folder, not the folder itself. You see in the ZIP, the contents like tools and routes and others, those need to go into the /var/www/pterodactyl directory
