File Upload 'Browse' Not Working

I'm using
Browse option for a file upload failing? I get no console error messages. No network requests. Nothing. I click it and nothing happens. But I can still drag and drop a file.I'm using
v2.17.52. This was working previously. I'm not sure what changed.
