Configurable string prefix to singular resource model name
I have attached a picture.
The text in english would be "Create a {singular model name}". That prefix "a" should be configurable per resource. Maybe it is and I haven't found it. In romanian for instance it can either be "o" or "un". In english you'd have "a" or "an". I don't think it should just be a translation string. It won't fit all cases.
