`immich upload` via `immich-cli` keeps failing with `Request failed with status code 408`

The request is timing out, commonly this is because of the server being overloaded. What do the immich_server logs say?
immich_server logs don't have any entry from that time.
I had a suspicion that a in the name of the files could be the reason. I removed those files and the immich upload command finished successfully. I am not sure if these are related or just a coincidence 😅
I will try to reproduce this with a space in file names
