Understanding the Role of `@tsplus/stdlib` in Effect
I'm looking at the video that's linked on the project page and it mentions
@tsplus/stdlib at some point. If I look at the webpage it says "Work in progress". What is this tsplus thing about? Do I need it for Effect?
