Exporting an AllInOne Layer for Quick Prototyping

For quick & easy prototyping, it might be good to export a

AllInOne

AllInOne

layer from the various platform packages including all individual layers (Fs, Http client & server, etc.). This would obviously have a negative impact on runtime size & startup time but would be very convenient for quickly putting together one-of scripts, demos, examples or just for prototyping. And it's easily optimizable after-the-fact by refactoring it to a more bespoke set of layers. /cc @schickling
