Is there a way to do a Stream.retryOrElse (similar to Effect.retryOrElse)?
I have a stream that may fail and and I want to retry a few times and eventually give up and return the error to the caller.
I've done this before a couple of times with Effect.retryOrElse, but I can't figure out how to achieve the same result in a Stream.
