where to put hwaccel.yml when using portainer

maybe it is a stupid question.
Where do I store the hwaccel.yml for the microservices container?
I put the docker-compose directly into portainer and can also maintain there the .env file.
Can I directly use:
devices:
- /dev/dri:/dev/dri #For H/W transcoding
