Lack of "prepare" Script in GitHub Repo Hinders Installation of "effect" Package

I noticed you can't install

effect

effect

from the GitHub repo (e.g.

npm i github:Effect-TS/effect#main

npm i github:Effect-TS/effect#main

) because there's no

"prepare"

"prepare"

script defined in the

package.json

package.json

so the

dist

dist

folder is never built. Is that something the package maintainers care to support?
