Filament key-value

How i can achive something like this in filament ? I notice the key-value fieled can help but is not exactly what i need. Any advices ? Thanks !

It depends where you want to place it and also where the values are to be stored? I.e. it could be a table view, or it could be a table widget, or it could be a Form Repeater with actions
