Visualizing `effect` Programs in VSCode: A V8 Inspector Client Extension for Observability

I'd really like to see a v8 inspector client extension (VSCode & Chrome for instance) that understands 
effect
 programs. Spans, Metrics, etc. and visualizes them nicely. As if you were running your program in production with an observability stack but without the setup and fully integrated in e.g. a VSCode extension.
