CheckboxList - set description from relationship record

Hi all

Is there a way to set the CheckboxList item descriptions from the record when using a relationship? I can set the label with

getOptionLabelFromRecordUsing

getOptionLabelFromRecordUsing

but there doesn't seem to be an equivalent for descriptions.
