Custom page in resource tabs

I have a custom page within my resource which I'd like to display in the resource's relations tabs (currently it has 'Registrations' and 'Private Notes', which are both RelationManagers, but for this next one I need a custom page). Is there a nice way to achieve this without creating a custom view and overriding the header on all the pages?
