Possibility of Data.Class as an Effect Instance
Would it make sense(and be possible) for Data.Class and Data.TaggedClass to be instances of Effect? Similar to how TaggedError is. I found myself trying trying to flatMap it and was a little disappointed when it didn't work. lol
