Proposal for a Named Type to Coerce Headers to Lowercase in an Http Server
I just spent a bit trying to figure out why headers weren't parsing in my Http server. I had forgotten that we decided to coerce them to lowercase recently. I think we should make a named type e.g. LowercasedRecord - to hint at this fact and maybe add a comment, what do you guys think?
