try looking in your mod's configs, maybe one of them prevents custom seeds working
I'd start with all the fargo mods and difficulty increasing mods
can try disabling them too if nothing else works

doesn't the mod Infernum Master and Legendary Modes Patch fix that?
for me it was wrath of the gods who would have known
which is weird i thought it had some get fixed boi easter eggs
found out no the world stops generating after the abyss trys to spawn maybe due to calamity's abyss spawning upside-down(i think) in the getfixedboi seed sending this error
ok well i lost the screenshot but you get it
so to try to get this to work im going to use WorldGen Previewer to stop the abyss from generating then use something to add the abyss
from a normal world
ok odd i didnt get the legendary mode it capped at master
but the world generated like normal
just remembered i cant do that
so 2 worlds it is
upon more testing tmod doesn't see the world as a zenith seed so infernum + getfixedboi is dead even with the fix of the Infernum Master and Legendary Modes Patch mod as it does allow you to load the mod on master mode worlds getfixedboi is its own set of problems
is what i would say if i used more mods

so @gonker to answer your question
just use world previewer to stop the world from generating a abyss and be careful of what mods you enable like wrath of the god + what ever one i had that messed me up
make a new normal world for the abyss
and you have your world of endless torment!
use the mods
Infernum Master and Legendary Modes Patch
WorldGen Previewer
calamity
Dont use the mods Fargo's best of both worlds and Fargo's souls
and you are set
do keep in mind the map of the world will be shown when generating the world
and the screen might flicker A LOT so seizure warning maybe?
